These Terms & Conditions regulate the use of our platform. By booking or listing experiences, you agree to these terms.

1. User Terms (Customers/Visitors)

Nature of Service: Our platform is a mediator. We connect you with producers but are not the actual organizer of tours or sales.
Bookings: Bookings are made through our platform. You must provide accurate information during the booking process.
Payments: All payments are made to our platform. We then transfer the relevant amount to the producer.
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation and refund rules are determined by the producer. Refunds, if applicable, are processed via our platform.
Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of the experience. The producer is solely responsible.
Disputes: Swedish law applies. Disputes are handled in Swedish courts.

Account & Profile: Producers should provide accurate, lawful, and up-to-date information on their profiles.
Commission & Payouts: We charge a service fee/commission on each booking. The remaining amount is paid out to the producer within agreed timelines.
Responsibility: Producers are fully responsible for their listings, compliance with alcohol laws and other regulations, and delivery of the experience.
Cancellations: Producers must clearly communicate their cancellation policy. In case of failure to deliver, customers are entitled to refunds.
Termination: We may suspend or terminate a producer account if these terms are violated.
Disputes: Swedish law applies. Disputes are handled in Swedish courts.

Consumer Protection: While we act as a mediator, payments flow through our platform. Producers remain responsible for delivering the service.
Payment Services: We use licensed payment providers (e.g. Stripe Connect) to process payments securely and in compliance with PSD2 regulations.
GDPR Compliance: We handle data in line with GDPR, both for customers and producers. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
